Export WordPress Links with LinkGather



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the URLs for all your websites posts in CSV format.

You can download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

Now you have activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Instructions


A new menu item on the left side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available to you:

Click on the Home option, this will go to the plugins homepage which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links menu to navigate you to the page that will display all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL. Be aware that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL's table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post links you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of showing back published posts, it will website bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URL's


The option for JetPack URLs is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, wp.me Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back here basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has check here gathered:
